OUR STORY
The Phoenix Motorsports Team is a student-led and student-founded team at Rock Ridge HS, located in Northern Virginia. Starting with a big dream, Neel Chethan and Fady Melk co-founded PMT with a mission and vision. The team has now transformed into a tight-knit 17-person team of passionate students.
THE MISSION
Since 2023, our mission has been to EMPOWER and INSPIRE future LEADERS and INNOVATORS, not just to build a race car and compete in the Formula Society of Automotive Engineers (FSAE) competition.
The Phoenix Motorsports Team has been dedicated to providing students the opportunity for HANDS-ON learning. Although PMT is geared towards engineering, we continue to provide direct experience for those interested in finance, marketing, digital design, and other areas of STEM. This approach to learning gives our students the edge in their next steps in life. PMT is dedicated to INVESTING IN THE FUTURE generations of leaders and innovators.
